What legal protections do image-based abuse (so-called ‘revenge porn’) victims have at work in the US?

C.A. Goldberg, PLLC associate Annie Seifullah talked to The Guardian about some of the legal options that may be available if someone distributes intimate images of you, and you fear your job might be at risk including:

  • de-anonymizing offenders
  • advocacy with employers
  • utilizing employment laws that protect victims of intimate partner abuse
  • criminal laws
