Work With Us Join us and fight for radical justice
Whether or not we have any current positions open, we are always open to meeting like-minded attorneys or potential future core team members who believe that if someone hurts someone, someone must pay. Our firm leads the way in holding individual abusers, employers, schools, and big tech accountable for the harms they cause. We fight tirelessly for our clients, and when we’re knocked down, we get right back up – for our clients and for each other.
We’re seeking to hire a highly motivated, detail-oriented Paralegal with three or more years of litigation experience to join our team. You will be overseeing attorney calendars, preparing documents like affidavits and legal correspondence, as well as organizing and maintaining files. You will also electronically file pleadings in courts throughout the country and help prepare for trials by organizing exhibits and assisting with other tasks as required.
What you’ll do
Handle multi-state Court filings
Maintain and manage litigation calendars, dockets and deadlines
Outline and draft affidavits, legal correspondence, discovery requests and responses, and other documents for attorneys.
Oversee the organization and maintenance of documents in a paper or electronic filing system.
Liaise between attorney and clients to obtain required documents, provide case updates, ensure client appearance for court-scheduled events, and obtain necessary information and documents.
Help prepare for trial by organizing exhibits and assisting with other tasks as needed.
Legal research
Direct and coordinate law office activity, including delivery of subpoenas, coordination of deposition and witnesses to testify at hearings as needed.
What we’re looking for
Certificate of completion from an ABA-approved paralegal certification program of education and training, or an associate degree in paralegal studies; and/or.
At least three years of litigation experience.
Strong familiarity with court systems, (NYSCEF, PACER, etc.) and demonstrated ability to review all filings and apply court procedures and rules in practice.
Proven leadership with the ability to delegate and supervise legal assistant(s).
Can be relied upon to fluently read and write dense legalese.
Must be able to function effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment.
A confident self-starter to manage and oversee the attorneys’ cases.
But beyond credentials:
You take your work seriously.
You have high standards, for yourself and for others.
You have excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines reliably.
You take initiative in all tasks and exercise strong judgement in enforcing deadlines and supporting all attorneys.
You are able to prioritize many tasks and are not afraid to enforce deadlines within the office.
You are motivated by impact, not just process.

Core Values
Pursue radical justice
Fight for our client to right their wrong and restore fairness in the world. Be tenacious and trust your gut. Challenge the status quo. By the time our clients come to us, the worst happened; the legal system is ours to use boldly and courageously because it’s too late to erase the harm that already occurred.
Live to fight another day
We are nobody’s victim – model the power of transformation for our clients. The go-to in a crisis. Knocked down? We get back up and dust ourselves off. Unflappable, unflinching. Gutsy, gritty, and a little glitzy.
Do it with love
We are guided by the love for our clients and justice – not hate toward our adversary. We show our respect to our fellow team members and the law firm by being accessible to each other and the clients. Always striving to show we care through responsiveness and connectivity. Above all else, loving others first requires loving your self. Show yourself the grace you show others.
Purpose above all else
Anchor to the purpose so you don’t get distracted by the shiny objects along the way. Strive for excellence. Finding the solution requires flexibility of mind and heart. Tell the truth – even if it’s ugly. Actually, especially if it’s ugly. Be accountable: if you own your own shit, you can own your gold too.
No exceptions
Manufacturers and sellers owe a duty to not release dangerous products into the stream of commerce. Technology companies deserve no special treatments or legal immunities. We enjoy a strictly adversarial relationship with most major technology platforms. Everybody deserves the right to be left alone. This is true online and offline. Physically, emotionally, and sexually.
We believe courts are the great equalizer in this country.
By starting a lawsuit, the cost of a couple hundred dollars, anybody in this country can hold liable somebody who harmed them. Our judicial system was designed so no person or company has the power to escape accountability to an individual they harmed.
