Zaynah is an attorney at C.A. Goldberg, PLLC, where she works on the firm’s most complex and high-impact litigations against major tech companies. Since her start at the firm as a legal intern, she has become a critical member of the team, contributing to cases involving Section 230, privacy rights, sexual assault, and product liability.
Zaynah is a critical member of the legal team in ongoing litigation against Match Group and co-authored the Supreme Court filings for Doe v. Grindr. Zaynah plays a key role in several large-scale and precedent-setting matters, including litigation involving allegations of systemic hacking and theft of private images by cellular service providers (Doe v. T-Mobile), as well as product liability cases against Amazon concerning the sale of suicide kits to minors on its platform.
In addition to her work on tech accountability, Zaynah has extensive experience advocating for survivors of sexual violence. She has obtained multiple orders of protection on behalf of clients and serves as lead attorney in a defamation defense case arising after a client spoke out about her assault.
Zaynah earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2024 and was admitted to practice law in New York State in February 2025.
