Jenna started at C.A. Goldberg, PLLC as a legal intern in 2024 before officially joining the team as a Law Graduate in 2026. Since her start with the firm, Jenna has contributed to many high-impact litigation cases involving Section 230 and product liability, including drafting demand letters and complaints. She’s also provided extensive research into forced arbitration agreements and their unconscionable inapplicability to cases involving sexual assault and privacy rights, and has assisted in Title IX cases involving campus and child sexual abuse.
Jenna earned her Bachelor’s degree in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from The Pennsylvania State University and her Juris Doctor from New York Law School, where she graduated Cum Laude. She is currently awaiting admission to the New York State Bar.
