On January 15, 2026, we filed a lawsuit in NY State Court on behalf of Ashley St. Clair against xAI, after its AI chatbot Grok created and disseminated sexually explicit images (“deepfakes“) of St. Clair. Almost immediately, the case was moved to federal court.
