Norma Buster

Chief of Staff

In her years at the firm, Norma has listened to, processed, and translated the stories of around 2,000 survivors of sexual, domestic, and tech-facilitated abuse. Norma guides victims through the first steps of our legal process by conducting case evaluations with potential clients and supporting them through the intake process, and she’s dedicated to seeing every client have the best experience possible with our firm.

Norma knows what it’s like to come to a law firm for the first time in crisis; her journey with C.A. Goldberg, PLLC started when she was a client. After college, where she studied Advertising and Marketing Communications at the Fashion Institute of Technology, Norma became the target of stalking and revenge porn at the hands of her ex. She struggled to get help until finding C.A. Goldberg, PLLC, when her attorney helped her secure a lifetime restraining order and criminal charges against her ex for nonconsensual pornography. It was the most traumatic experience of her life, but it inspired Norma to join the fight to end injustices like the ones she faced, and empower others to demand justice for themselves.

Norma has obtained training in Adult Mental Health First Aid through Thrive NYC.
