Hiring for a Client Relations Coordinator!

C.A. Goldberg, PLLC is a Brooklyn-based litigation law firm that fights for victims of sexual assault, blackmail, and stalking. We are looking for a smart and compassionate individual to be the first person that potential new clients speak to after they contact our firm.
It will be the job of the Client Relations Coordinator (CRC) to talk to potential new clients and see if they’re a good fit for our firm. The CRC will also follow up with people who seek help from our firm and schedule case evaluations. Our ideal candidate has strong phone experience.
The firm handles very sensitive matters that require timely and accurate completion of tasks by the Client Relations Coordinator. The ideal candidate must be a skilled communicator who exhibits strong social and emotional intelligence, excellent judgment, and can communicate effectively with people in varying states of distress.
Most importantly, we want someone just has that thing and will serve as an excellent first point of contact for the firm!
Conducting scheduled and unscheduled intake calls
Collecting and tracking contact information and situation details
Following-up with undecided potential new clients, managing expectations, and serving as a point of contact prior to a case evaluation
Collecting payment and scheduling
Daily lead meetings with the Client Relations Manager
Updating practice management software
Attending trainings (occasionally requiring travel out-of-state), webinars, reading books relating to the position and mindset
Providing feedback to Owner and Communications Manager
